Wheaton Tower Makeover

PROJECT OVERVIEW
This four-year project transforms the former clock tower into the new iconic Wheaton Tower, reflecting the diverse cultures and bustling civic life of downtown Wheaton. This project will be completed in anticipation of the new Mid-County Regional Service Center, which will become a fresh and vibrant community destination. Arts on the Block designed and fabricated 44 16″ mosaic medallions as well as four 7’ mosaic medallions to replace the analogue clock face.
